The purpose and lawfulness of the processing (according to Art. 6 DSGVO ) is given in the case of a freemium registration the fulfillment of a contract according to our terms of use or in the case of the transmission of your data via the use of our contact forms for the processing thereof and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, which are carried out upon your request.
The recipients of the data are the employees of Wice GmbH or, if applicable, their service providers (with whom Wice GmbH has concluded a contract for commissioned data processing), to whom the data is transmitted for the purpose of fulfilling the contract or, if applicable, for processing your inquiry.
A transfer to third countries does not take place.
In the case of a contract concluded for the use of Wice CRM via the freemium model, the data will be stored until the end of the contract period or termination of the contractual relationship, or if other legal obligations require this, until the end of the retention period. In the case of an inquiry via one of our contact forms, the data will be deleted immediately after completion of the processing of your inquiry, unless there is consent for longer storage or a regular contractual or customer relationship has resulted.
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, a restriction of processing, a right of objection and the right to data portability at any time.
In addition, you have the right to withdraw consent (for processing with Art. 6 para. 1 a or Art. 9 para. 2 a DSGVO ).
You also have a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority.
There is no automated decision-making including profiling (Art. 22 DSGVO).
